Super quiet at 5am on a weekday and that's a good thing. I was able to work through the 30 minute circuit without being disturbed and didn't need to skip.Locker room was tidy and the showers worked well. I liked the changing area in this particular PF. Enough hooks to hang my stuff on the walls and balance on the chair so I don't have to touch the floor with bare skin.

An excellent spot for exercising. Incredibly tidy, with a fantastic ambiance. Nevertheless, a few days ago, there was a break-in into secured lockers in the changing area resulting in stolen belongings. I advise against storing valuables in the locker rooms. If necessary, opt for lockers situated in the main workout area.

The staff are all amazing. I love that they call it a judgement free zone. Tanning booths and beds are always clean. Memberships are a lot more affordable than most other gyms.My only warning is to serious lifters: there's not enough weight. One line of dumbbells that only go to 80lbs I believe. No bench press. You cannot bring a gallon jug. You cannot grunt or slam weights.
