Zach built our house in Eagle and we lived there for 10 years. We have moved a few times since, but our houses after Zach's always disappointed us. His quality and attention to detail exceeded the other builders we have worked with and we regret selling that house. Our project with him was on schedule and budget and it was a pleasure to work with Zach and his team. If I move back to Boise, my first choice will be a Zach Evans built home.
