My builder hired Wood Windows to build our LEED inspired, high performance, farmhouse. We are pleased with the outcome. Whenever there was a warranty related issue, they took care of the situation, and I felt like an equitable partner in our relationship. I would recommend Wood Windows to family and friends! Fantastic service from the time they did the quote to the final installation. The sound reduction has been significant and the house is also much less drafty than before. This is not the least expensive product out there but the quality is well worth it!

We had our windows and doors replaced some years ago and Wood Windows did an amazing job. We have two windows upstairs that have been nothing but a pain. Although the windows are high end they do not close properly. We have been trying to work with Wood Windows to get them fixed. They have been out several time and done some repair work. None of it has worked. The problem is they do not return calls in a reasonable time. This issue has been going on for 1+ years and the windows still do not close properly.
