Window world is a budget friendly option for windows. The windows are not the highest quality, you sometimes get scratched frames, adhesive in places where it shouldn't be, or bowed window screens, and stickers, tons of stickers. The pay in advance for the windows also insures you can't get your money back if you're not satisfied. We've purchased nine windows from them. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place. If you need a better than builder grade without having to mortgage your wife or kids, then they deliver a decent product. I have upgraded my review due to exceptional customer service. Thank you

Window World was very quick to give me an estimate for a “custom” kitchen window replacement. The window cost 25% less than the competition, and looks absolutely top quality. Their technician did an amazing job installing the window on an uneven stucco surface. We could not be any happier with the whole process and project.
