Never been to Wound Clinic before! The personal were great, Saw Dr. Otto, He numbed it up, debried my wound, no pain what so ever! Told me about each step he was doing, and why! Was told how to take care of daily, they even cut my toe nail! Will return for several more visits so they can see how its healing. Was a very pleasant experience. Thank Dr. Otto & crew!
Part of this visit was foot maintenance, nails & callouses. She did a very good job!I also had a new wound on arm. They cleaned the area and removed damaged skin. And bandaged. Staff was very good. Treated me great.
Dr. Elliott and his MAs did a wonderful job assessing my wound and getting me started on the best way to get it to heal. They were informative, took the time to explain everything and set me up on a routine while offering to help if I had questions before my next appt. with them.
