I cannot say enough kind things about this neurosurgery office, especially Krystan, PA-C, and her nurse. Navigating a cervical spinal cord injury and the uncertainty surrounding it has been very overwhelming, and as someone who already struggles with anxiety, I’ve often found myself questioning whether what I’m feeling is “real” or if I’m overreacting.
At no point have they ever made me feel dismissed, dramatic, or foolish. In fact, the exact opposite. I just had surgery to have 2 artificial discs placed in my neck. I can't thank Dr. Blaskiewicz and his team enough for fixing me. I had the referral placed in mid December and had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks later. Erin the nurse made sure I had the shower kit and the booklet on how to prepare for the surgery and what to expect after. I told them I wanted to have surgery as soon as possible because of how uncomfortable my left arm and left side of my neck was and they got me in 2 weeks after my initial appointment with Dr. Blaskiewicz.
