My solar installer had gone out of business years ago, so when the gateway failed, I called 4 companies before finding RevoluSun. After a bit of a wait, I signed a contract and very quickly was on the schedule. 4 things I was very pleased with: their willingness to work with me on a start time, Danny's prompt arrival, professionalism, and obvious knowledge/qualifications. Finally, he stayed until he was completely satisfied everything was in working order. This is an Idaho based company and I would highly recommend RevoluSun.

I had RevoluSun install my solar system early last year. While the system is working fine, and the installation went well, I have a serious problem with company, itself. They say that if you bring them a new customer they'll give you a finder's fee. I brought them my sister a few months after my system was installed. When we met with Nick, the salesman, he said I would get the finder's fee. I didn't. He also told me I should have gotten a veterans' discount that no one had told me about when I ordered my system. Update, January 29. After I posted some negative reviews RevoluSun contacted me, apologized profusely, and sent me the finders fee. They said that as a result of my issue they identified a hole in their systems for sending finders' fees and have plugged the hole. They even thanked me for helping them identify the system problem. I'm upgrading to four stars because the equipment and installation are certainly very good and they did make good on their promise for the finder's fee. I'm not going to five stars because I shouldn't have had to go to so much effort to get the fee.
