Park Pointe Property Management has helped me manage several subdivisions that we have developed. They do a great job managing budgets and communicating. They have great subcontracting resources and are always on point when an issue comes up. I highly recommend them!
Dianne Donnelly is our manager and does a wonderful job for the HOA and specifically the Board.
She has as good “feel” for what may work and what may not. Her vast knowledge of HOA’s laws is invaluable. One of Dianne’s strong points is handling difficult situations. We have had a couple of unpleasant interactions that Dianne has controled very effectively. She Evan helps me navigate my iPad for Zoom meetings.
My HOA Board has been working with Dianne for the past 1.5 years. As a Board member, I value her years of experience, knowledge and professionalism.
