Staff are friendly, professional, and absolutely wonderful. Great help, and it is a pleasure to be here and get glasses and contacts. The doctors to the assistants to the frame technicians are amazing. HOWEVER, the front receptionist is rude, condescending, and always seems frustrated when she has to explain anything. She may know her stuff, but please at least try to understand that some of us don't know everything about your industry. And it's not just me-she had the came condescension during her phone call the 3rd time I came in. 5 star quality service, 1 star off for having to fight your way through to get there.

Idaho Eyecare has great optometrists and staff members. They recognize that people like to contact them through different means. So, they have made it easy to contact them through their website as well as by phone or in person. I appreciate their text/email reminders for my appointment. Each of the optometrists that I have seen, have been really professional. They make every effort to ensure that I'm happy with my contacts and glasses. They explain what I can expect as I age. I appreciate their attention to my concerns.

Idaho Eyecare Center is THE best place to for eye care in the Boise area! They are kind, accurate, and Julie is hands- down THE best at her job!! While other places tried forever to get my new glasses to fit my face, Julie just looks at them, assesses the situation, and returns in snap with the best fit you could imagine!
