In the buisness of making money, not about patient care. Currently they are going around offices in Idaho making baseless threats and threatening audits, just for the sake of more money. Why harass honest companies and providers? You're harassing taxpayers with taxpayer money. This is a new level of greed I have not seen.

This is the worst company to deal with… they don’t help your issues at all. Let alone do they even try and help your issue by calling you back. I am my family members POA and just trying to get her the things she needs has been a huge nightmare. I am now looking into other options as a health coverage for her. These people should be out of work and quit wasting peoples time and money..

Horrible customer service they never solve anything and to hard to understand. Now all of a sudden I have copays on my medications that I never had before. And choice card amounts are way down. I have medicare and medicaid so I am looking for new insurance. Haven't used dental or hearing services yet, that I need so will see.
