My daughter and I purchased a new home that has laminate flooring. Somehow, there were a couple of floor sections that were damaged. I called the original installer and received no response. After identifying the manufacturer of the flooring I found that Nampa Floors also carried this brand. I called them and spoke with Russell and described the problem and he came to our house to see what it would require to repair the damage. Russell made arrangements for an installer (Topline Contractors) to handle the repair. A young man with Topline Contractors came to our house and made the repairs. Russell, at the Nampa Floors did a great job helping us select a carpet, locating someone to move the furniture, and insuring the installation was done thoroughly. Thank you, we'll return in the future.
