I attended a 5:30 am class. Erin led the class through a Y6 Power flow. It was challenging and yet so rewarding to have participated in the class that early in the morning. Who knew that pressing a block between your thighs in chair would make my legs shake so much?! Thanks, Erin for another great start to my day.
This was my 1st time taking this abs/core work class. Emily makes the time fly without realizing how much work you are doing! She is encouraging, professional and gets you to do more than you thought you could!.
I thoroughly enjoy & look forward to going to my yoga classes at YogaSix! The instructors are all amazing and are consistently helpful guiding me in my practice - I always learn something new! The class choice offerings throughout the week are diverse allowing me to really grow in my practice of slow flow, vin yin, power, hot & restore as well as many Pilates combo classes, which keeps it exciting for me as a student trying to improve my overall practice. Everyone is friendly from the amazing team at the front desk & truly skilled instructors to fellow classmates. It’s like I’m giving myself a big hug every time I go to YogaSix!
