The business, led by Jeff Westendorf, has provided invaluable assistance to the 157-unit HOA that was previously plagued by mismanagement, financial issues, and a lack of understanding of HOA principles. Through their competent guidance, the community has undergone a remarkable transformation. The board, with the help of West Property Management, has been able to educate itself on HOA operations, develop a solid leadership team, and implement necessary changes. This includes a comprehensive reserve study, a significant dues increase, and the completion of a roofing project, with a siding project now underway. The community has embraced these changes, with 60% of owners voting in favor of the dues increase and special assessment. Residents have expressed their satisfaction with the progress made, praising the leadership and communication provided by West Property Management. The community is now on a path to sustainable and responsible functioning, and Cobblestone is well on its way to regaining its former glory.
West Property Management, and Jeff in particular, has done an amazing job in turning around a failing townhome complex into properties we can all take pride in. For years we were falling into a state of disrepair, lots of blaming and no-one to take the lead on a way forward. West Properties were appointed and in just a few years, together with 515 Exteriors, all the units have received roofing and almost all units have new siding, garage doors and decks. That’s just to mention the large projects; many other favorable changes have been made during that time . We are thankful for the strong leadership and management they have delivered.
