Do not recommend. You can be good tenants, clean the place thoroughly, pay rent on time every month and still have over half your deposit taken from you. They (Jennie Le Beau Roen) will gaslight you into thinking you damaged things because they “weren’t on the prior report”. I had a friend that lived here that had the same experience. She charges multiple tenants for the same damage that they themselves do not repair. If you do choose to live there - be sure to do your own VERY thorough walk through with pictures and time stamps. There are MUCH better options in the area with management that actually cares about their tenants.

Stay away! You can find a better rental anywhere else for a better price and A place that gives you a warning that maintenance is coming! Run as far as you can from this place and save your money!

While we've only been living here for a few months, we've had a few issues that involved Maintenance coming to take a look. Dwayne was incredibly helpful and understanding of what was going on with our unit. He explained everything to us so we knew what to do if it occurred again. We lucked out with great maintenance and property manager!
