Easy to work with, responds quickly to concerns
Lovely home, back yard just needs a trim as expected with being vacant, and unique basement we love.
We unfortunately had some frozen pipes this morning. We tried to heat them ourselves, to no avail. We call Top Shelf and they sent over Brandon. Very professional from the start. We was genuinely caring of our situation. He was puzzled because they shouldn't have been frozen. He wasn't going to leave until he figured it out. He did just that. He provided service as it sould be. Thank you , Brandon!
