PA Vander Wal took extra time to hear my concerns, run labs, and suggested a diagnosis that proved to be right upon further testing at the ER/hospital. Very thankful for her time and expertise.

I’ve been a patient of theirs for over 30 years in the past year their attention to detail has deteriorated. Dr Jay submitted prescription to the wrong pharmacy then take no accountability for it. My mother is 91 years old with a urinary track infection three days later still no antibiotic for her this is 100% unacceptable. the staff is nice. The staff is polite. The doctors are borderline they’re overworked and undertrained in administrative work.
Since Unity Point bought these clinics out there Care service has been deteriorating. It’s just all about the money and very little patient Care...read full review
Tiffany at the front desk was helpful and so sweet, she went above and beyond to make my experience at this clinic better!! The LPN that took my vitals could have been a little nicer. Doctor Agey was very awesome and provided great care! I used the Unity Point website to hold a spot for me at a convenient time and had no wait after checking in!
