I was able to obtain an appointment about a sudden reduction in one ear. After reviewing both hearing aids a problem was discovered and corrected. Enjoy the prompt response.
The lady who tested my mom's hearing & did follow-ups was thorough when she came to Knoxville for the first 3 appointments. Service was discontinued here & we had to drive to DM or Grinnell. After waiting to go for quite awhile (my mom is pretty much homebound which makes traveling a challenge) we went to Grinnell. We received great service by the lady there.
