Just picked up my (2) pairs of shorts that had rips down the middle (swimming and athletic version). The day I walked in, the owner was assisting a bride and she still greeted me, asked what I came in for, gave her my items, she had me write down my info on a slip and within two days, FIXED. Just like that:-)
