“In response to Abdul -- I have been frequenting this location for over 3 years now and the "Joe" you are referring to left this company before I began coming to Executive Cleaners. I know the current manager at the Urbandale store has never laundered a sweater/pullover shirt of mine unless the garment specifically says "Do Not Dry Clean." She is very attentive and genuinely listens to customer requests. Unfortunately, there are people that bring in clothing that was previously damaged elsewhere and try to get the items replaced or want store credit, etc. I'm not insinuating that you were, I'm just trying to convey that procedures and staffing have changed from several years ago, and this review is really no longer relevant. In my experience since 2019, if there is ever a question or concern, I have found it is appropriately addressed and resolved at this specific location.“

I cannot thank Chong’s Taylor enough for saving the day! One of my Soldiers was competing in the Best Warrior Competition and needed his ASU uniform updated before the board event. I came in at the last minute, stressed and worried about the timeline, and explained the situation.

Chong immediately understood the urgency and stepped up without hesitation. In less than 30 minutes, she had the uniform altered to standard with the updated rank and service stripes perfectly in place. The quality of her work was outstanding, and her willingness to help under pressure showed true professionalism and care.
