Desk service and setting up appointment and repair was fine. They generally know how to talk to client's, and it helps I know enough about computers to know what issue I had, just not the means to fix it. My laptop's keyboard had become unresponsive. The hinge had become disconnected somehow, and was pinching the cable. Not only that, but the screen casing was breaking open, and the screen itself cracked. I can build PC's, but laptops are not something I have the means or know-how to fix on my own.

Took my computer in on Feb.10th. because my computer was hacked through Facebook. Paid the yearly price. $279. Told me that they were having trouble with it (age) and suggested I buy a new one. I did, one for $279. Spent an hour getting it set up. Only to get home and I'm not able to get on it. Tried everything !!
