“There are so many aspects of adulting you can't know till you know... home maintenance is one of those things I feel like. I'll have lived in my house nine years this October. (Wowza, how can that be?!) Annnnnnd..... I *just* had my HVAC serviced for the first time since moving in. Oops. It's been on my never ending to do list but was never really a priority. BUT, one hot August day Brand Heating & Air Conditioning came to my house and confirmed my HVAC was in good working order but that our air conditioner was probably on its last summer. Bummer. We were able to schedule an appointment via email no problem-- and even able to change our appointment when a conflict arose. The tech that came was punctual, professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. The entire process was painless. And pricing seemed on par. Overall, Brandt Heating & Air Conditioning was easy to work with and got the job done!”
