I called Brandt Heating and Air Conditioning to service my gas fireplace and they had a back log but put me on a waiting list. Within a week they were able to schedule me in. The gentlemen who serviced my fireplace called a head of time to keep me informed of their arrival. They were professional and polite. They had my fireplace up and running within 30 minutes or so. They cleaned and serviced my fireplace. They were neat, tidy, polite, professional and friendly. They took very good care of my needs. I highly recommend them to others. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them in the future.

They were on time and explained what was done to the furnace and didn’t need a filter. He also cleaned the fireplace since it was serviced last year. I forgot to ask him about the humidifier setting and if it should be adjusted. No complaints for the service, nice young man that liked my cat.

We have had Brandt for all our HVAC needs and they installed a gas fireplace for us last year. Every interaction we have had with them was excellent. They are friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and communicate well. Highly recommend!
