He showed up before 8am 2 days in a row when it was -°10 with a wind chill of °20 or 30 below. Fixed it within an hour 1st day and it went out again the second night. He came right back on a Sunday morning. Very knowledgeable and super sweet with my kids weekend morning shenanigans. Cheapest labor costs I've had out of 4 different companies in the past. ❤
