“I was about to just pay out of pocket for a very $$$ part still under warranty with Lennox, but luckily, a great tech I really trust (isn’t a Lennox dealer), told me to call Graber to try and get the part under warranty. Shawn from Graber came out the very next day, talked through it all with me and diagnosed it the same. I felt he was genuine, reliable, and competent. He ordered the part right away-which was good because we finally lost ac a few days later (not just intermittently). He came out as soon as he got the part in (which was fast). He worked with the Lennox warranty and made it very easy. The receptionist was nice and professional too.
