In the last year, Avery has visited my home twice to help with various appliance issues. He has been patient, knowledgeable, and reasonable throughout the entire service process. He thoroughly explains each issue, answers all questions and concerns, and is very realistic about the best path forward.
I also appreciate that when I call to schedule service, the staff ask detailed questions in advance to prepare their technicians properly so they can ideally fix the issue the same day. I’ll always call Westside for help in the future!
