I am very thankful that Bill was able to repair both my old Maytag dryer and washing machine, even though it took him at least 4 visits to install the parts he needed to order (that thankfully Maytag still manufactured) so that he could repair the dryer. Bill is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and I would definitely request him again if I needed any other appliances repaired.

Office staff were easy to work with, personable , and understanding of our troubles while also being professional. Our problems have occurred during the manufactures warranty period.
Service Tech Dennis was thorough, knowledgeable, and didn’t have a problem answering questions while still concentrating on completing the tasks in front of him. He pretty much rebuilt half of our refrigerator / freezer. Though we don’t encourage any of our appliances to break down again we can say with 100% certainty that we would call Westside Service again.
