Was impressed with the timely repair and professionalism of the owner. Came out to carry vacuum in the door, asked what was going on and said he would check out the needs and call me.
Next day called with parts and cost. Reasonable costs and repaired same day as phone call. Reminded me of hours open but closing early that day. Will be back when needed.

Can't say enough good about Jim. He greeted me at the door carried my vacuum in and was so friendly and positive. He assured me he could repair my broken Simplicity and make it like new. Yes! My 20 year old vacuum, the best I've ever had, is now in like new condition. Jim carried it out to my car and acted like he enjoyed the whole experience. Price was reasonable, even less than I expected. Top notch repair shop!
