I've been a member of Seymour Health and Fitness (SHF) for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about it. What sets it apart is their fantastic small group classes.The small group classes have been a game-changer for me. Unlike crowded gyms where you're lost in a sea of people, these classes offer a personalized and intimate experience. You get the attention you need from both Collin and Andrew, making sure your form is perfect and pushing you to your limits.One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of community. Collin and Andrew genuinely care for each of their clients! They will go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and getting better under their leadership. Not only are they hard working but extremely knowledgeable on the material they are coaching. Would recommend SHF to anyone looking to improve their fitness!

When I started training with Collin I had never done any kind of weight training, or even structured exercises. I honestly thought exercising regularly seemed silly and I wouldn’t actually feel any better than before. He very quickly changed my entire mindset surrounding exercise, and 2 1/2 years later I truly love getting to workout at SHF each day! He works with me every day to figure out what goals I have in mind and it is so exciting when I start to see progress. I can’t recommend this gym enough from both my own experiences here and the experiences I see everyone else here having. Both Collin and Andrew are amazing people to have in your corner!
