I called everywhere looking for someone who deals with home warranties and Mpire was it! My home warranty let's you pick your own contactor but wants to speak to them while they are at your place before any repairs are done. No other place I called would deal/speak to someone from my warranty while present. I was so stressed. Jeff in the office was such a big relief. Tristan was the technician that came out and he was awesome also. It was kind of a pain back and fourth phone calls to my warranty place but once all was done it was smooth. I'll refer MPIRE ? especially if you have a home warranty.“

“Mike was SO helpful. Our AC unit went completely out when it had just gotten into the 90’s… I’m getting married in two weeks and of course panicked because of the price. we were quoted $4,000-$11,000 from various different companies. We would have needed to replace our unit and coils due to the new units not working with our old coils.
