The office staff, like Jeff, are a big relief and easy to work with, and the technicians, such as Tristan and Mike, are awesome, friendly, and respectful of your home. They have great communication and competitive prices, and the final price matched the estimate exactly. They replaced an HVAC system in one day and identified and fixed a furnace problem, explaining it clearly. The company does excellent work, whether residential or business, with prompt responses and employees who are courteous and address the task quickly and efficiently. They leave the job cleaner than it was when they started and support youth activities in the community. Customers have used Mpire for years and never been disappointed, as they treat customers with integrity and are professional and fair priced. No matter how big or small the job is, they take care of it and it has always been done correct. They are the guys to call, especially if you have a home warranty.
WOKE UP COLD
I called everywhere looking for someone who deals with home warranties and Mpire was it! My home warranty let's you pick your own contactor but wants to speak to them while they are at your place before any repairs are done. No other place I called would deal/speak to someone from my warranty while present. I was so stressed. Jeff in the office was such a big relief. Tristan was the technician that came out and he was awesome also. It was kind of a pain back and fourth phone calls to my warranty place but once all was done it was smooth. I'll refer MPIRE 💯 especially if you have a home warranty.

We recently moved into a new home and needed to have an overall service call on our system. I literally got blown off by a company that apparently didn’t have time to come out. I saw MPire’s commercial and called in. Mike and his team were all over it, and our tech was able to identify a problem with our furnace, who knows how long it had been like that. He explained the problem, and a few days later he was back and had it squared away! We did the preventative plan, and I will GLADLY welcome the team back in the spring to make sure my AC is ready for the Iowa heat!
