I had to have a fridge door replaced and it was a smooth experience from getting the part ordered to them calling me back to set up an appointment. Yes the part took a couple months to get here but things like this take time and when I was worried I just gave them a call and everything was good. They’re always on time and took less than thirty minutes for the technician (Rodrigo) to be finished. Thank you guys!
Our service technician did an amazing job repairing our washing machine. The repair process was smooth and he was able to replace the parts within an hour and a half. Our washer is good as new and we really appreciate all of his help!
