I contacted Sean Crane, and one other provider to review my need for a new driveway. Both companies put in a bid and Sean’s was significantly lower. I committed with Sean and his company to put in my driveway and also replace 7 squares in my sidewalk. Sean was easy to talk to and I completely trusted him from the moment I met him. Sean and his staff were very professional but also easy to talk with. Sean was the first to arrive to my house on the first afternoon of project. And he started the demolition of the old driveway. When I arrived home that afternoon, Sean had already cut out the square of the first driveway that had my kids initials and handprints from when the previous driveway had been laid. I had not even thought of that but Sean thought it might be important to me,, which it was. Very sweet of him to think of that. By the end of the second day, Sean and his crew had completed the demolition and also laid the new concrete. The final product was absolutely beautiful. It will definitely help with curb appeal when I get ready to sell my house “way down the road”.
Sean’s crew came on third day to finish the loose ends of clean up. They left the yard in great shape. I could tell that Sean and his crew too great pride in their work. The quality was amazing.

Bill and Marlo arrived to change our kitchen lights. Once we opened the box of fixtures, it was clear that they wouldn't fit. I was so frustrated, having had to live in the dark for over a month. They were so patient that they STAYED while I drove to Lowe's and got new light fixtures! We love our home that was built by Mcreedy-Ruth. We originally rented one of their townhomes and then ended up purchasing it from them. They use quality materials. We’ve never had one quality or Maintence issue with our home. They’ve even been helpful a year after the purchase of our home when I’ve reached out about questions about the floor plan because I’m doing some DIY projects!

Yoder Masonry did some tuckpointing for me and fixed some crumbling mortar on my home's facade, as well as resetting some decorative concrete which had come loose. They were fast, communication was good, and the work was completed promptly. Most importantly, after allowing some time for the new mortar to cure, I can't tell where the work was even done. The mortar blending was perfect. I will definitely call them back for any future masonry work I need done.
