PROS:New owners, great people super friendly and locally owned. We've Been customers since it opened with original owners. New owners have done a lot of upgrades. Always clean and well lit for those nights you can't sleep and want to go wash your ride ?CONS:Prices have raised, water pressure has noticeably been reduced, the Bubble Gum scented multi colored foam has been reduced to a drizzle, extremely finicky money machine that leaves you holding up the wash line because you are scrambling for bills or a credit card that it will also deny for no reason ?Unfortunately the end result is a noticeably dirtier car because less of the grime is getting removed?We will continue...read full review

sounds like owner is splitting hairs with the not so favorable reviews. we live in rural riverside ia so our black denali is always getting gravel dust accumulated on it so riverside auto spa is very convenient for us BUT... we have also noticed our vehicles are not coming out as clean as they used to especially the last 8-10 months (automatic wash).water pressure has definitely been reduced plus the multi colored chemical is lackluster at best. the bill acceptor for the automatic wash is a complete nightmare unless you has fairly new crisp bills. the increase of wash prices doesn't match the service received. self wash has stayed fairly consistent. decent clean carwash...read full review

Hi Kevin or Dan:-) yeah I'm about to put five stars before I thought it was so I re-edited right now thank you so much I plan to convince some time for that full wash again I was the guy that your camera did quite get the plate number last year when the machine went down I think you remember Kevin all right we'll talk to you later soon five stars yes good place!
