Called and let us know they were running behind.
As far as the price for the cleaning that was billed back in late July. This was a follow up cleaning and it wasn’t billed.
I appreciate Joel for following up with us. We called about a quote for a new unit and he suggested that they try one more cleaning for the outside unit.
This seemed to do the trick. It is cooling, but it is taking a bit to cool down the area, with it being 90+ each day.
Thank you again.

It was an extremely hot day, but they stayed on task and got the new unit installed. Great job.
This was such a great crew to work with. They stayed till everything was running correctly. There a few issues they had to trouble shoot. Would highly recommend!
