“Wanted to support a local Ankeny small business for landscaping around our new in ground pool so we chose TNT Landscaping last Spring to plant 2 trees/bushes 18 different ornamental grasses and some flowers around our pool. We bought the extra insurance and in April called and said several of the grasses ( 10 in total) and one bush were not sprouting and the person on the phone said “ yeah we had a weird winter, everything is blooming late” so I waited until May and 1 tree was still brown and 8 of the 10 grasses still hadn’t sprouted. I sent them pictures, was told the manager would call and sure enough Zeb called me and had a team of landscapers out to replace the dead bush and all the dead ornamental grasses, it looks amazing!!! Bravo for amazing customer service from a local Ankeny business ?“
