“Excel Lawns and Landscapes has taken great care of my lawn! In addition, I contacted Mike after our last snowfall when I had over a foot of drifted, heavy snow covering my driveway and sidewalk. He came out after 9 pm on a Sunday, after plowing non-stop for 3 days and tucking his kids in bed, to get me dug out so I could make it to work on Monday. I cannot say enough good things about Excel. We did have one small crack happen and the whole team was very accommodating and quick to do the repair. Instead of fixing just the one cracked section, Jason had the crew replace the whole strip of edging so it would all be uniform. Great customer service, highly recommend!“

She even coordinated a small side project with Rene which I'd been trying to resolve for a couple years!!Everything went as scheduled. I noticed that after they left they had neglected to move tree branches that happened to fall between my fence and the back edge of my property in the utility space. I wrote a note to them and was called back the next day with them setting a date and time to promptly remove it. They followed through on their word and were very respectful throughout.
