He walked me through everything he was planning on doing and how the process would go based on what my initial goals were, and allowed me questions along the way, described things I was unclear on, and made sure he wasn't just making decisions on my behalf about little details if I had preferences for them.

I have had NO ISSUES with service or billing. They send an invoice at the end of each month for lawn services and you can pay from the link. The snow and fall clean up is billed shortly after service is provided. I HIGHTLY recommend Shades of Green, they are easy to work with and they communicate well.
