great irrigation instal. I was fortunate enough to have "Bucky" and "Mike" extend our existing system into 2 zones of drip line for my wife's garden. They were able to extend a hose spout as well because 200 feet of hose is a task to roll up 2 times a day. There were problems, but I communicated them to the manager "Ethan" whom made sure it all came out right. A plus has professionals that care. I experienced no resistance to problems as they came up. I read all these reviews and wonder if they effectively communicated theirs or did they just fly off the handle? At Dienda the day, money well spent with A plus I say.

The receptionist was extremely nice & helpful. She explained the service, how pricing is figured, found an appointment that is convenient for us, noticed we’ve been a customer for a long time and applied a coupon discount. Friendly, professional, polite and knew her job! A pleasure to speak with.

I have been really disappointed with the prepaid package I paid for with A+ lawn. Had I not proactively stayed on top of the schedule I am not sure they would have told me they missed a lawn application and refunded me. Everytime I called customer service to address or ask questions it was as though they couldn’t assist and I had to reach out to the sales guy I set our annual service up with on.The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because I have always had a great experience on the irrigation side and really enjoyed working with them from an irrigation standpoint. I just would not recommend them for a lawn care service outside irrigation.
