“What a great experience and reasonable pricing. I had an exterior door replaced and hardware replaced on 2 Andersen hinged doors. He really went above and beyond installing our exterior door and fixing the patio doors.
We had 30 year old Anderson hinged patio doors with broken handles that were extremely difficult to open and lock. I had gotten an estimate to replace all the doors and it was $30,000!!!
John got everything fixed for a very reasonable price. He went above and beyond adjusting the Andersen doors and adding cladding and trim to our new exterior door. I’m extremely happy with everything.“

“Toby and Melvin did a fantastic job on our living room renovations. My husband and I spent a long time and talked to many companies before we found CPIA. After the difficulty in finding a company interested in doing our project, it was a relief when Toby and Melvin were excited to take it on! They painstakingly scraped/stripped white latex paint off our original 1930s solid oak wall library, stained and refinished it. (Other companies told us to demolish it and rebuild it with cheap materials, because it would be too much work to refinish it). Toby also worked with us to design and build a beautiful solid oak window bench that looks like it fits perfectly with the original bookcase. They communicated well with us throughout the entire process, paid attention to the details, and took their time and did high quality work. We are so happy with how it turned out! We told them what we had in mind and even though they weren't familiar with some of the materials we wanted to use they were more than willing to figure it out. “They were amazing! When someone comes in to your home, it can give you anxiety. Especially with 2 kids under 2 years old and all that goes with it. But they were attentive to every little thing. Asking if anyone was napping, if the noise would bother the 3 month old, etc. He was great to speak with. Very personable as well as knowledgeable about the job and other construction projects. He promptly inspected all components of my furnace.
Informed me of a small leak that we need to keep an eye on. So I took pictures of that area to watch for any changes. He found that my humidifier pad was in need of replacement, he had the part with him. After preforming all checks to make sure we are good for winter he was very polite and answered all of my questions and thanked me for my business. He was very knowledgeable.

“When I began this process of trying to find a siding and window company that I could feel good about, it started with asking companies if they had their own permanent installers. This was extremely important to me because what I discovered is that some of the companies I contacted were basically nothing more than call centers, farming out their jobs to the cheapest bidder. Finding a company that had their own crews they worked with on a regular basis just provided me with confidence that I would be getting quality work. This where Midwest Seamless really shined. Mike uses the same people for his jobs and I can't find enough good words to say about the crew who worked on our house. They were just genuinely good people. I interacted with all of them over a period of roughly a week and they all treated me great and answered any questions I had, were polite, not to mention they were true professionals. I do most of my own home improvement work and you could tell they knew their craft well. The workmanship was stellar! Our house was built in 1948 and we had all of our existing metal siding removed, new siding installed, as well as replacing every one of the windows, and new gutters/downspouts on the back. My wife and I are extremely happy with the way everything turned out. The crew showed up every morning on time and diligently worked throughout the day. When everything was finally finished, they cleaned up all their mess and left things the way it was when they first began the job. As far as the owner is concerned, Mike, I can honestly say this was best contractor experience I've ever had in the 23 years we've lived in this house. He was always Johnny-on-the-spot anytime I had a question, and he also wasn't your quintessential salesman, which was great! I absolutely hate dealing with blowbag salespeople. Mike was just a very down to earth straight shooter. He never tried to upsell me on any of the products, he just gave me the genuine pros and cons to all the different options and let us make our own decisions without any pressure. There was nothing at all about this entire experience that I looked back on with regret. It was truly perfect! I wouldn't hesitate to use Midwest Seamless!“
