I am writing this note to recommend the excellent services of Midwest Builders. Midwest Builders added a four-seasons room to my home this Spring. Neil came to my home in March 2019 and he was prompt, professional, well-dressed and my daughter and I liked and trusted him from the beginning. I had two other quotes, but I hired Midwest Builders on the spot! Neil was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He had insightful advice and did a great job of really listening to what I wanted. He guided me through every step and made the overwhelming process stress-free. We are very pleased with our sunroom. Wayne did a great job on it and was conscience of details. I deducted 1 start for late start (6 weeks turned into 12 before it was started) and lack of communication but once it was started, they stayed on it daily until it was done. Their subs were great too. Dave the sheet rock guy and his son were the best I've seen.I would recommend Midwest Builders. They are good people who hire good people and do good work.
