“We used Quick Roofing to replace our roof and siding from a Hail storm in May of 2023. The work was all completed in October of 2023 and looks great but the downside is their lack of communication as I continually had to follow up to check and see where things were at or find out why the crew didn't arrive on the days they were scheduled. After moving the start date 4/5 times due to weather delays or delays on other projects, I never heard when they were rescheduling for and then they arrived on a Monday and I was not aware so was unable to reschedule my work meetings (I work from home and the noise was very distracting). I also had left over materials and pallets left in my yard and the excess was not picked back up until February 2024. I would use them again, but I would request more strict communication as I need a contractor whom does all the work and gives me updates without me having to reach out to get them.“
