We recently had our water heater replaced. When my father spoke with them on the phone they stated it was under warranty and they could come replace it. They did come replace it, the work was quick and the two gentleman who came were very pleasant and efficient. We received our bill of $561.88. I was then phoned a few days after receiving the bill and told there was an error and that the water heater was not under warranty after all and they would be sending a new bill. The new bill was $2,737.69, upon this error and the fact that we had the work done under the assumption that is was under warranty My wife asked several times for a discount…. not that we would not pay… read full review
