Any renovations we do in the future like our bathroom or siding we will only do with elevation. Nate is extremely smart and I think is the best builder in the Iowa city area, he really knows his stuff. I would definitely trust him to build a solid house. They aren’t rushing to build bad quality houses like a lot of builders are doing these days. Kim also pays attention to detail and is great at designing, she also communicates very well. I found both of them to be transparent and honest people (which is what you need in a builder/contractor). I really think they are the best in this business.“

“We were having a problem with water coming in over the top of our deck sliding glass doors when there was heavy rain. We called Ron at Easton Construction Company and they came in a very timely manner to work on the issue. Not only did they solve the problem (which was certainly tested this week with many rain storms) but they did a beautiful job matching the trim replaced with the existing wood. We can always rely on Ron and his partner to do a great job.“
