“We reached out to Dan at City Construction to look into possibly renovating the interior of our shop. He was quick to respond, very friendly, professional, and right on time when he came over to take a look around. Now, here is what made City Construction stand out from the others that came by to give us an estimate. Dan and Mike were thorough and careful in listening to us and our story. They were honest and straightforward by telling us that something is not right (we were being demanded to do the renovations by the building owner at the end of our lease). While they could've potentially made a lot of money by keeping their eyes closed on the matter, they stood up for us, a small local business, and went above and beyond to help us get the help and advice we needed. Dan used his connections to get us some advice and from there, we were able to find a lawyer and get it resolved. Thanks to Dan and Mike from City Construction, we saved so much money and we were able to fight against being taken advantage of.
