I look these guys up every couple of years just in case they expanded to my current state of residence. 100% would recommend if you live in CR. 100% wish they could expand.“

“To start, he thoroughly cleaned and explained the hows and whys of his particular process. He was easy to ask questions about how specific machines and chemicals he uses are specially made to clean carpet types and the padding under the carpets. I had my basement and stairs cleaned, and one thing that stood out was how carefully he used his blacklight to find every point that needed to be cleaned. On a side note, he efficiently moved his equipment in and out of my house. After a couple of days, my carpets smell great. No mistakes were made when cleaning out my carpets and stairs. To anyone who sees this, I highly recommend this company because of the care they put into caring for your carpets and finding any problem with them. He was also a very personable person who was easy to talk to.“

I did expect more debris to be collected but like I said I have no idea…other than I got a scam job done by another company in the past - thus I was skeptical…as my house is very small , 1000 square feet .

“AMAZING! If you don’t want to take the time to read this whole review, know this: Ryan and his crew are amazing and they do beyond great work. Ryan and his crew were courteous, polite, respectful, hard working and most importantly honest. My husband and I recently purchased a new home and wanted our carpets and ducts cleaned before we moved in. We called Eastern Iowa Carpet Care. Ryan fit us in without a problem on short notice. He showed up on time, dressed professionally and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. We had a few other people in the house doing work and Ryan went out of his way to make things smooth for them but more importantly for me. Now comes THE MOST IMPORTANT PART. After Ryan got everything set up to start cleaning the air ducts, he began to open the cold air returns and noticed they had obviously recently been cleaned. He stopped the work and came to find me to show me how clean the ducts were. He then told me, “I am more than happy to clean these if you’d like but I feel like if I do I am just stealing your money.” THATS RIGHT HE WAS HONEST AND DID NOT SELL ME A SERVICE I DID NOT NEED. I thanked him for his honesty and we decided to not have them cleaned. He then lugged all the tools back out to the truck and did not charge me even a penny for the time he had just spent for set up and tear down. As for the carpet cleaning, it was great! We are very happy with how our semi-aged carpet looks after a nice cleaning. Most importantly, the level of service was unmatched 10/10. “We have used Pat's Cleaning Service for a few years at our office building and they are hands down the best we've ever had. John does a FANASTIC job of going above and beyond each time he is here and I always hear comments about how amazingly CLEAN our building is because of him. We just had a large ceiling leak in one of our offices due to a storm and John went out of his way to be sure the mess was tended to. He even found a fan to set up and dry the area then left a kind note informing us of what happened. I cannot recommend Pat's Cleaning Service enough!!! They're AWESOME!!!“
