I was in a bind with an audio file that I couldn't transfer. Thinking of a young man who came to my apartment and set up my computer/audio recording, I called him and he told me that he had what I needed and to come over. A short while later we were able to get the file off a recorder and onto a thumb drive. He also had a SD reader. I bought it. Q really knows his stuff. He is wide ranging in knowledge and very helpful.

Excellent service. Quin was very helpful and more than willing to answer all my questions. He provided suggestions to improve the perfomrance of my PC and was very honest on the price and the amount of time it would take to upgrade. I will recommend SurgIT to friends and family members.

Had a malfunctioning screen on my phone and spent two hours at US Cellular without success. The rep recommended SurgeIT in Dyersville and the rep there was extremely helpful. I dropped my phone off and came back a couple hours later. Screen replaced and it works perfectly. Very friendly, helpful, and excellent service. I highly recommend their service and have already recommended them to others.Brad Orvis
