My primary doctor on Ingersoll is awesome! He always goes above and beyond. He is very helpful any time I have went to him or his team with an issue or a health concern! I’m extremely thankful to call him my doctor for almost 6 years now!

The CCU is absolutely incredible. Not only is the care exceptional, but every single person in that unit treats patients and their families like their own. The compassion, kindness, and dedication they show during some of the hardest moments in life mean more than words can express.
I especially have to give a shout-out to Tiana. She is one of the kindest, most compassionate people you could ever meet. She is a reminder that healthcare is about so much more than medicine. It’s about the people who show up with compassion when families need it most. The CCU is lucky to have her, and we are so grateful for every single person on that team.
I feel this review should be 3/5 or close to 4/5 but I want to stress the seriousness with giving the lower score. The clerk staff, wait time, nurses. Residents,, doctors patient care and communication was beyond exceptional. I am so beyond grateful for that experience and care for my daughter. However the waiting room area floors and seats and the blank er floors were absolutely disgusting. Trash stains tears I mean it really was so shocking to me knowing this wasn’t built many years ago it’s new. The feeling of unsanitary environment was overwhelming.
