My daughter had a planned surgery today. The surgery was 5 hours. She waited another 3+ hours to get into a room. Knowing she was coming, why did they not have a bed saved? The in person nurses techs and doctors were all awesome. She had what is called a virtual admission check in. that is like a FaceTime with a nurse which would be great because she was very nice. However they have 2 beds in 1 room, my daughter had to say her name and and dob along with answering some very personal questions. Hello HIPPA. Her bed nurse call worked as far as sending buzzer out, but when the nurses called back it always went to the roommate. 1 tv on the other side of the room. 1 phone...read full review

Received excellent care! Everyone was very friendly, empathic, knowledgeable & quick to help. They all seem genuinely interested in helping others the best & quickest way possible. Love the text updates while you're there to let you know the names of the staff assigned to your case & how personable all the staff is!

Took my son here to the ER mid afternoon, as he got an object stuck in his ear and could not get it out! He got in rite away, during my sons visit, we received notifications on our cellphone thru out our visit letting us know who our nurse and Dr was that will be taking care of my son. Nurse was Jayden and Dr was VAUT (sp?) All I can say is, he treated very well here, we got in and out in no time. Everyone treated my son with care, “Thank You, Methodist”. The experience here was great
