If you are sick, good luck getting an appointment. Receptionists speak to you as if they want nothing but to hang up on you. You will be on hold for 10m+ to speak to someone for 2m at best. Lab results are often not released to your chart even after you ask for them. So even of you wanted to change clinics, you'll have to file do release info for even just a CBC. Even my nurses inside of mercy can't find labs drawn from this clinic. If you have an issue that isn't found with a single test, they won't consider running further testing. Some doctors you can't message through my chart so you are stuck hoping that the message you left will be returned hopefully this week....read full review

My Parents have come to this clinic for years. The nurses never return phone calls, Dr leaves town and no other doctor can help. My Mom went 6 days without medication and no return calls to her or her pharmacy.
When you call the office you wait on hold for 15-20 minutes then they get rude.
Found her a new provider out of that clinic .

Worst clinic I’d ever attend to. They said they was going to send my medication to the pharmacy… never got it BEEN WAITING FOR 2 weeks now. Nothing. Everytime I call I’m ether on hold for 10min or they never answer. I been to the pharmacy about 10 times just to see if my medications are there. Nothing. Wouldn’t recommend this clinic to my worst enemy.
