As a fairly avid cyclist, I periodically have aches and pains associated with that activity. Jenny takes the time to understand my specific concern and tailors the massage accordingly. She is happy to provide a full body massage or just target very specific problem areas. Jenny is very knowledgeable in her field and always shares additional advice/tips to help me with my recovery. The most relaxing massages I've ever had! 2025 has been a rough year and Jenny takes time before each session to talk through what's going on and what your body needs that day. I've had massages with essential oils before, but something about her technique almost puts me to sleep every time.
