On top of that, we received countless threatening emails and calls demanding payment—despite the fact that we had already sent it. Turns out, they provided us with the wrong address. They even threatened to put a lien on our house over their mistake. To make matters worse, they tried to get us to sign a contract stating we were satisfied with their services, which we absolutely were not. This has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a company. Save yourself the headache and money, and go with someone else!
We had a toilet overflow in the basement and discovered water in an adjacent room 2 days later. Kate from 911 Restoration came that evening, was very friendly, explained everything and even brought a little treat for our dog. This morning I was at gas station and my car informed me I had low tires the nicest young man helped this Grandma he checked all my tires and put air in all my tires. He wouldn’t even let me at least buy him and his wife a cup of coffee. Based on my experience this morning I would completely have his company if I needed their services. A huge thank you so much
