The administration of the service was excellent. Never missing a shift despite some challenging weather at times. Will miss our Dad, but we know he was well taken care of.“

“Moving to FL has had it's challenges. Especially with Wyatt’s feeding tube supplies. We have now moved Pediatricians 3 times, as well as medical supply companies. We found Pediatric Home Service online and spoke to Shalini, an Outreach Representative. When I told her we bought our own pump and have been paying for things out of pocket because of the delays with other companies (not complaining we will do whatever is needed) she took matters into her own hands and lead control. For us. The first time I've ever felt that we were heard. Because of Shalini we had a same day delivery today along with a reference to a new Pediatrician (who we meet next week). Thank you Pediatric Home Service and a HUGE thank you to Shalini. We are forever grateful.“

“My experience at Heartland was nothing short of excellent! Dr. Cherny and his staff are exceptional! My consultation was very thorough and I left with all of my questions answered. The office is more of a homelike setting rather than an institution. On surgery day, every one is super relaxed and I never once felt rushed. Dr. Cherny talked to me while making his marks to explain what he was thinking. His nurse Brenda is a true blessing and knows her stuff! She will call daily to check in after surgery and the call doesn’t end until all of your questions or concerns have been addressed! I highly recommend their facility!“
