“We can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Formanek at Madison County Health Care System, his Health Trust Physicians Clinic team, the radiology team, and all the wonderful ladies of the Health and Rehab department. Last minute, they made it work to squeeze Kacey in (during an already busy schedule) to help put her elbow back in place after a dislocation. They were amazing, patient, and thorough in every way. So blessed we have such a wonderful crew here in our small town and for so many wonderful friends and co-workers that supported us through it all. Happy to report we have an energetic, back-to-normal 3 year old that was pretty darn tough and brave today.”
