My dog had both knees (TPLO) surgery done by Dr. Spah. They both went great! I loved how much he took the time to educate me and answer any questions I had. The staff KEPT IN TOUCH with me and as a nervous pet parent, it was really needed! The front desk was kind and professional. The communication here was wonderful with check ins and follow ups with any questions for recovery are timely.What a tough and important job they all have and I cannot express enough how great my experience has been here!

The team at BluePearl were fantastic!! They took thorough details about the issue my cat was experiencing and were diligent about collecting historic information. They kept me promptly informed of how my cat was doing and explained what happened. I greatly appreciated the transparency they gave up front regarding expected pricing of each thing they needed to do and they even sent me a photo of my cat while he was under their care for 24 hours. While I hope to never have to go back for another emergency, I 100% trust this team if I do because they are incredible!
